Black Precinct and Courthouse South Side
This is a photo of the City of Miami Black Police Precinct and Courthouse South side on Jan 15, 2009, the day of the Ribbon Cutting after years of hard work and renovation. This project was worked on for many years by the members of The City of Miami Retired Police Officers Community Benevolent Association. Retirees Otis Davis and Chief Clarence Dickson and many others are to be commended and they should be very proud to get something like this done with the City of Miami.
